This is a set of 6 colors of watercolor paints highly selected by her from Schmincke Horadam Aquarell.

This set includes Lagoon Blue which is a special color created in collaboration between Schmincke and Yuko Nagayama.

Blue-green is the color I paint most in my artworks, and my heart stands still when painting with this color. I used to mix couple of colors to bring out Blue-green, luckily Schmincke created a more vivid color for me. The color reminds me of Goshikinuma pond from my hometown in Fukushima.

It is a pleasure for me to name this color "Lagoon Blue", which is easy to picture Goshikinuma pond, even if you are not from Japan.
