Shipping Fees For Domestic
Regular shipping fees are free if the total purchase amount is 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.
However, if the total purchase amount is less than 5,500 yen (tax included), the regional shipping fees listed below will be added.
Large item shipping fees will be charged separately.

About Delivery for Domestic
We will ship your order by courier (Sagawa Express) within 7 business days from the date of your order. However, if some or all of the items you ordered are out of stock, if there is a high volume of orders, or during the New Year and long holidays, you may have to wait for more than 7 business days. Items will be shipped as soon as they are ready to be shipped.
We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates or advance notice of delivery dates.
Shipping Fees For International
Shipping cost depends on the weight and volume weight of the package. To get a shipping quote, add the items you want to your cart and check the automatically calculated quote.
About changing your shipping address:
If you need to change your shipping address before your order is shipped, please email us at info@artists-rendezvous.com with your order number and updated shipping address, and we will edit it for you.
If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been shipped, please contact your shipping carrier to make the change.
About Delivery for International
We will ship your order by courier (DHL) within 7 business days from the date of your order. However, if some or all of the items you ordered are out of stock, if there is a high volume of orders, or during the New Year and long holidays, you may have to wait for more than 7 business days. Items will be shipped as soon as they are ready to be shipped. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number and other information. Please note that "business days" does not include weekends or holidays.
Customers are responsible for their order's online tracking (the tracking number is included in the shipping confirmation mail). Sometimes, carriers cannot deliver a package (for instance, due to the size of the mailbox). In this case, customers may have to contact carriers directly.
Artists' Rendezvous will not be responsible for the return of parcels that couldn't be delivered. We are able to reship returned packages, but the reshipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
Duties and Import Taxes for International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or region, in addition to the product price and shipping fee. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the customer. They may be collected directly from the customer by the shipping carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.
The amount of, and whether or not, customs duties and import taxes are charged depends on the destination country or region, the type and value of the products, the country of origin, and other factors. We are unable to provide an exact estimate of these charges in advance.
We recommend that customers check the import regulations and applicable customs duties and taxes in their country or region before placing an order.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges incurred upon importation.
