Required fees other than the product price: In addition to the sales price, shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, and bank transfer fees may be charged.
We do not offer product wrapping services.

Shipping fee for domestic: If the total purchase amount for each order is ¥5,500 (tax included) or more, shipping will be free nationwide. If the total purchase amount is less than ¥5,500 (tax included), the "regional shipping fee" below will be added.

Product delivery time: Generally, we will ship within 7 business days after confirming your payment. However, if all or part of the ordered items are out of stock, if there is a large number of orders, or during the New Year and big holidays, you may have to wait for more than 7 business days. Products are shipped as soon as they are ready to be shipped. We do not accept requests for specific dates for the arrival of ordered items or advance notice of the arrival date.

Returns and exchanges: Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you wish to return a defective product. We will contact you shortly.
